1. Business Registration & Legal Structure

DVBeta was formerly known as Deiri Vision, which was previously registered as a business entity. As part of its evolution and expansion, it has been rebranded to DVBeta under the management of Omar Deiri.

While DVBeta is currently in the process of formal business registration, all financial and legal responsibilities are managed under Omar Deiri’s personal tax ID (Steuer-ID): 10409726852. Until official registration is completed, DVBeta continues to operate as an independent project under Omar Deiri’s sole proprietorship.

DVBeta complies with applicable legal requirements, including GDPR (EU) 2016/679, and follows best practices in data protection and business transparency.

2. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data under the principles of legitimate interest, contractual necessity, and compliance with legal obligations. Information collected includes:

3. Refund Policy

  • 3.1 General Refund Conditions

  • Due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to strict conditions:

  • Digital Products: No refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Consulting & Coaching: Refunds available only if cancellation occurs 48 hours before the session.

  • Event Management & Media Production: Deposits are non-refundable due to advance planning and resource allocation.

  • Project-Based Services: If a client cancels after work has commenced, DVBeta reserves the right to retain payments for completed work.

  • 3.2 Refund Request Procedure

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@dvbeta.com within 14 days of purchase. Processing takes up to 10 business days once approved.

4. Terms & Conditions

  • By engaging with DVBeta’s services, the client agrees to:

  • Payment Obligations: All invoices must be settled before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate for project success.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: All completed work remains DVBeta’s property until full payment is received.

  • Service Limitations: DVBeta does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

  • Legal Compliance: Clients must ensure their business activities comply with relevant laws.

  • Failure to adhere to these terms may result in service termination without refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • 5.1 Digital Products & Services

  • Immediate access is provided upon successful payment.

  • If delivery is delayed, contact support@dvbeta.com within 24 hours.

  • 5.2 Physical Product Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Shipping times vary based on location.

  • Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

  • DVBeta is not responsible for third-party shipping delays.

  • 5.3 Service-Based Delivery

  • Timelines for services are outlined in contractual agreements.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submissions) may extend deadlines without refund eligibility.

  • DVBeta, formerly registered as Deiri Vision, is currently undergoing a transition to formal business registration under its new brand identity. Until this process is finalized, DVBeta remains an independent project managed by Omar Deiri, with all tax and financial liabilities associated with Omar Deiri’s personal tax ID (Steuer-ID): 10409726852.

  • We do not provide legal, financial, or tax consultation. Clients should seek independent legal counsel before making business decisions based on our services.

  • By engaging with DVBeta’s services, clients acknowledge the provisional nature of its business structure and agree to the terms set forth in this document. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Essen, Germany.

  • Client Responsibility: Clients assume full responsibility for their use of DVBeta’s services and any consequences thereof. DVBeta is not responsible for how clients implement the strategies or materials provided.

  • Indemnification Clause: By using our services, clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless DVBeta and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from misuse or breach of these policies.

  • 8.2 GDPR Compliance & Data Protection

  • Data Storage & Retention: Personal data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary for business operations or as required by law.

  • Tax Compliance: DVBeta is responsible for tax obligations in Germany (Steuer-ID: 10409726852) but is not responsible for tax obligations in clients' jurisdictions.

  • Billing & Invoicing: Digital invoices are issued, and clients must comply with their own country’s tax laws.

  • Currency & Exchange Rates: Payments are accepted in EUR (€) unless otherwise agreed upon. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees.

  • 8.4 Local & International Compliance Policy

  • Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the use of DVBeta services will be governed by the laws of Essen, Germany.

  • Service Availability: Some services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to local regulations.

  • Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure they are legally permitted to purchase and use DVBeta’s services in their location.

  • Regulatory Compliance: DVBeta does not provide services that violate any national or international laws. If a service is found to be non-compliant in a particular country, it may be discontinued.

  • 8.5 Cybersecurity & Website Security Policy

  • Bank Transfers (SEPA, SWIFT) – Available for clients in Europe and internationally.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) – Processed through secure gateways.

  • PayPal & Stripe – Supporting online transactions globally.

  • Cryptocurrency Payments – Accepted in compliance with local regulations.

  • All payments must be made in EUR (€) unless otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees.

  • 9.3 Transaction Security & Fraud Prevention

  • To ensure secure payments, DVBeta:

  • Implements SSL encryption for all online transactions.

  • Requires 3D Secure Authentication (3DS2) for card payments where applicable.

  • Utilizes automated fraud detection to monitor and prevent suspicious transactions.

  • Reserves the right to cancel transactions flagged as fraudulent or in violation of legal policies.

  • 9.4 Chargeback & Dispute Resolution Policy

  • DVBeta maintains a strict chargeback policy:

  • Customers must first contact billing@dvbeta.com before initiating a chargeback.

  • Chargebacks without prior dispute resolution attempts may result in service termination.

  • If a chargeback is deemed fraudulent, DVBeta may take legal action to recover funds.

  • All disputes will be resolved in accordance with EU Consumer Rights and Digital Payments Laws.

  • 9.5 Refund & Cancellation Policy (Online Payments)

  • For services paid online:

  • Refunds are only granted if they comply with Section 8.7 (Consumer Protection & Refund Policy).

  • Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method (usually 7-14 business days).

  • If a service is canceled after partial work completion, DVBeta retains the right to charge for completed work.

  • 9.5 Refund & Cancellation Policy (Online Payments)

  • For services paid online:

  • Refunds are only granted if they comply with Section 8.7 (Consumer Protection & Refund Policy).

  • Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method (usually 7-14 business days).

  • DVBeta does not process payments from:

  • Countries subject to international sanctions (OFAC, EU, UN sanctions lists).

  • Individuals or businesses flagged for money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraudulent activity.

  • DVBeta reserves the right to block or refund transactions that violate these restrictions without prior notice.
